Introduction 641-2015 - A Local law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring a comprehensive study regarding pedestrian and bicyclist safety on truck routes.

 

Introduction 51-2014 - A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of health and mental hygiene to issue an annual report regarding hepatitis B and hepatitis C.

Resolution 909-2015 - Resolution calling on the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development to support New York City's application for National Disaster Resilience Competition funding.

Introduction 358-2014 – A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to regulating social adult day care.

 

Introduction 129-2014 (Local Law 47/2014) – A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to remedies for breach of the duty of an owner to refrain from harassment of tenants. 

 

Introduction 243-2014 (Local Law 19/2014) – A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing the maximum income level qualifying for exemption from rent increases granted to certain senior citizens. 

 

Introduction 1-2014 (Local Law 7/2014) – A Local Law to amend the New York city charter and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the provision of sick time earned by employees, and section 7 of local law number 46 for the year 2013, relating to such sick time, in relation to the effective date of such local law, and to repeal section 6 of local law number 46 for the year 2013, relating to a determination of the Independent Budget Office. 

 

Resolution 185  Resolution calling upon the New York State Legislature to pass and the Governor to sign S.1218 and A.1790, legislation that would link income threshold increases for the senior citizen rent increase exemption (SCRIE) program to changes in the consumer price index.
